Cancellation Policy
At Cat Patch Safaris, we strive to offer flexible and fair terms for our clients. We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled travel date.
For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the travel date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover pre-booked services such as accommodation, transport, and permits. In some cases, certain bookings may be non-refundable based on supplier policies.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
